Disordered Eating + Body Image
Building a healthy and safe connection to our bodies has become so tough. There is constant messaging that we are all bombarded with telling us how to feel and care for our bodies which can get overwhelming and confusing. Eating disorders are scary and dangerous, exploring your body image and what you see as “healthy” is a great start to overcoming this disorder. I’m here to support in gentle exploration in order to create a space where you can live in your body without obsessing over your diet and what you are looking like. Facing these habits head on while gaining better understanding of where they came from to learn more about yourself and build a healthy body image and relationship to food.
