Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I am not paneled with any insurance companies and am considered an "out of network" provider. I provide superbills to clients in order for them to get reimbursed. This allows me to provide a higher level of care and ensure confidentiality for my clients. I have had success for many of my clients getting reimbursement for their sessions, especially after their deductible is met and am always happy to help with this process!

How much do sessions cost?

My rate per 50 minute sessions is $190 for individuals and $220 for families and couples. Therapy is a big and meaningful investment. My rate is a reflection of my dedication to providing personalized care, the price of my education, as well as my trainings and collaborations with other providers (psychiatrists/psychologists) that all add to the support and expertise that I provide in my practice. A debit card, credit card, HSA/FSA card will be kept on file and automatically charged at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact me via email or text message as soon as possible. I ask that clients cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled session. Sessions canceled or missed after the 24 hour window will be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
